Did you know the RELs predate the U.S. Department of Education as the first federal educational support of the states? The RELs produce research on topics such as the achievement gap, college and career readiness, discipline, equity, rural schools, teacher preparation, and more. I serve on the governing board of the Mid-Atlantic REL (there are 10 regional RELs total) and I am honored to do so. Find your region’s REL here and explore research that can inform your practice!
